Dr. Colleen Best, DVM PhD CCFP, is a veterinarian, epidemiologist, and educator dedicated to strengthening the heart of veterinary practice—how we communicate, connect, and care for one another. She works with veterinary professionals and organizations to advance communication, leadership, mentorship, and well-being, helping teams build meaningful client relationships, healthy workplace cultures, and sustainable careers. 

Colleen lives in Guelph, Ontario, the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation of the Anishinaabek Peoples, with her partner, four children, and the very best chocolate lab, Zephyr.
