Dr. Katie Walsh is a veterinarian and Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in Small Animal Internal Medicine. She spent 15 years in clinical practice before transitioning to industry, where she currently works for a large pharmaceutical company. Katie is passionate about education, mentorship, and team building, and is eager to advance communication excellence in veterinary medicine through her ACVM board role.   

Katie lives in Vancouver, BC, with her husband and stepdaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, reading, and spending time by the water.
